Safe Deposit Boxes

Protection from natural disasters such as fire or flood.
Protection from loss or misplacement: Once you place your valuables in a safe deposit box, you know where they are.
Privacy: No one knows the contents of your safe deposit box or has access to the contents but you and anyone you designate.
Protection from theft: Safe deposit boxes are kept in a locked vault in a building that is secured against unauthorized access.
Family members will know where to find your valuable documents in the event you become incapacitated or die.
