With over 20 years of industry experience, Nick has worked in the St. Michael location in various leadership roles since 2010, and has been the Market President of the St. Michael office since 2016.  Nick's community involvement includes serving on the I-94 West Chamber of Commerce board of directors, the City of Saint Michael EDA, the STMA School District Finance Advisory Committee, and the Shop STMA Board.  In addition to these roles, Nick is a regular volunteer with the STMA Rotary, STMA School District, and the Wright Tech CEO program.

Paul Weber, Senior Vice President Commercial Lending

Barb Hoban, Compliance, BSA

Barb joined Community Development Bank (then Ogema State Bank) as a teller in 1994. Over time she moved into the Lending area and most recently into Compliance.  Barb is currently the Compliance/BSA Officer and offers support in other areas as needed.

Sandi Haverkamp, Senior Financial Officer, Vice President

Sandi performs a range of duties which include accounting and auditing functions. She assists in the general operations of the bank, along with providing administrative support. Sandi has worked in the banking industry for over 30 years.

Beth joined Community Development Bank in November 2013.  She carries out a wide variety of duties ACH, Account Openings, Information Technology, and many other duties and support.

Carol Stalberger, Teller Supervisor, BSA Assistant

Carol joined Community Development Bank in 2005 as a Teller and is currently the Teller Supervisor. She has many different responsibilities at the bank and enjoys working with all her co-workers! Her hobbies include snowmobiling, hunting, fishing and spending time with her family.

Robin Littlewolf,  Personal Banker

Robin has over 5 years' experience in banking ranging from Teller to Lead Teller and has most recently been promoted to Personal Banker.  Born and raised in the area she was educated at Northland Community & Technical College and graduated with a Criminal Justice degree.  Robin has been with Community Development Bank since January 2018 and is looking forward to assisting our area customers with all of their Consumer and Mortgage needs.

Anita Lenneman, Personal Banker/Assistant Vice President

Anita's main emphasis is consumer customer service and consumer lending, but she also enjoys assisting customers in opening new accounts, online banking, working with debit cards and researching transactions.  Anita grew up in St. Michael, and has spent her career working in banking in the St. Michael area.  Outside of the Bank, Anita enjoys bowling, bingo and spending time with her grandchildren.

Tori joined Community Development Bank in the fall of 2019, bringing many years of banking experience to our St. Michael location.  She enjoys helping customers with questions, opening accounts, online banking and working with debit cards.  Outside of the bank, Tori enjoys time with her daughter exploring new and fun things that MN has to offer.

Thomas Monson, Vice President Commercial Lender

Tom is a 25 year banker with extensive experience in middle market commercial lending.  Tom is a graduate of Bethel University in St. Paul and has a BA in business management.  Tom enjoys spending time with his 4 boys as well as a round of golf and a warm weather vacation when time allows.

Pam Bjorklund, Receptionist

Pam has been our receptionist since 2003.  Throughout those years she has worn many hats, including general customer service, assisting customers with online banking needs, and most recently, loan support.  And, let's not forget popping the popcorn for our Popcorn Fridays!  Pam was born and raised on a farm in St. Michael and has many family ties in the community.  When not in the office you may see her walking, flower gardening or attending one of her 10 Grandchildren's activities.
